501 Birthday Giveaway– Terms & Conditions of Promotion

PROMOTER

The 501 Birthday Giveaway ("Promotion") is conducted by LEVI STRAUSS (AUSTRALIA) PTY LTD (“Promoter” or “us or we“) ABN 67 000 607 965, 11 Eastern Road, South Melbourne, VIC 3205, Australia. Ph: (03) 9864 0501.

PROMOTION PERIOD

ELIGIBILITY

Entry is only open to residents of Australia who:

a)       are at least 18 years or older at the time of entry or has their parent or guardian’s consent; and

b)       are not involved in:

(i)                  the conduct of the Promotion, including any person who determines who is to win a prize in the Promotion; or

(ii)                 the management of the Promoter; and

c)       are not an immediate family member (spouse, parent, sibling or child) of a person described in (b) above,

ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS

To enter the Promotion, Eligible Entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:

a)       Scan the QR code available in-store or click on the link available via direct email or on Levi’s® online store www.levis.com.au to sign up for the Levi’s® Red Tab program at https://levis.com.au/pages/redtabprogram ;

PRIZE

WINNER NOTIFICATION

The Promoter will publish the full name of all Winners (unless a Winner requests otherwise by contacting customercare@levis.com.au by the end of the Promotion Period) by 11:59pm (AEST) on 24 June 2026.

Eligible Entrants will receive a Winners announcement email notification to the email address provided by the Eligible Entrants on the entry form, by 24 June 2026 (“Winner Notification Date”).

HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE

Each Winner must within ten (10) days of receiving email notification, send a reply email to the Promoter indicating the Winner’s acceptance of the Prize.

UNCLAIMED PRIZES

If a Winner is uncontactable or fails to claim or redeem their Prize within 10 days from the Winner Notification Date, the relevant Winner will be taken to have forfeited the Prize and a new Winner for the unclaimed Prize will be randomly drawn from among the remaining Eligible Entrants by the Promoter by 06.07.2026. The new Winner will be notified within two (2) business days of being determined.

OTHER TERMS

1.     The Promotor reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award the Prize, which in the opinion of Promoter, includes objection­able content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, where false or misleading details have been given by you, or you have behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner or in breach of any of these Promotion Terms. Any entry not complying with these Promotion terms is invalid. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion.

2.     As a condition of claiming a Prize, you consent to:

a.      your name and/or photograph being used for the Promotor’s promotional purposes and agree to make yourself reasonably available for this purpose; and

b.      the publication of your name and address in accordance with these Promotion Terms.

3.     All personal information you provide us in connection with the Promotion will be used and disclosed for the purpose of running the Promotion, and otherwise in accordance with the Promotor’s privacy policy (available here). If you win a Prize, we may need to disclose your personal information to third parties involved with providing and delivering the Prize to you. If you do not provide your personal information, you may be ineligible to enter or claim a Prize in the Promotion.  Acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for the Promoter and its agencies to use winner’s name, image, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

4.     The Promoter and its related entities, employees and agencies shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or wilful misconduct) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the Promotion.

5.     The Promotor is not liable for any failure (for whatever reason) to record an entry into the Promotion. The Promoter will not be responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries, including but not limited to entries received due to technical problems.  Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt of an entry.

6.     Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.

7.     If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned (including, but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion), the Promoter may, subject to the approval of all relevant regulatory authorities, take any action that may be available including cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Promotion.
